Paul Groetzinger, Ben Wright, Brian Mayhall make up the members of D Numbers, the experimental band that's gathered quite the local following in Santa Fe, NM. They now bring their signaturely singular sound and lovey-dovey energy to the rest of the west. Catch their only LA appearance at Night Hawks next Monday.

Groetzinger, aka DJ Feathericci, handles his drumset with a natural grace and keen ease missing from most line-ups. And he spins a mean turntable. Mayhall on lead guitar puts any music school grad to shame and has been known to dabble in keyboards and experimental processing. Wright completes the neo-wall of sound and writes music and unique beats. You'll have to see the men in action to find out what they're really made of. A guess? Slugs, snails, mad beats, puppy dog tails.
